Need a break? Skip an Order or Pause your Membership.
In the Table22 Member Portal you can:
- Pause your membership for up to two months before you are billed
- Skip an already billed order before the respective order modification deadline
See below for a step-by-step guide. If you need to pause for longer than 2 months, or you have other questions, please contact us!
Skip an Active Order
Step 1: In your Member Portal, select the membership you want to manage.
Step 2: On the membership homepage, select “Edit” in the monthly order card next to the modification deadline.
Step 3: Select “Skip This Month”
Select “Skip This Month” then “Skip This Month” again to confirm.
Step 4: You’re set!
Your skipped order will be reflected in your Member Portal. Note it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account depending on your bank.
Pause Membership
Step 1: In the membership homepage, select the “Manage” button in the upper right.
This will bring you to a page that allows you to manage your membership on an ongoing basis.
Step 2: Select “Pause Membership” at the bottom.
You can also modify selections or cancel your membership on this page.
Step 3: Select upcoming months you wish to pause.
You can pause for up to two months ahead of time. If you need to pause for longer, please contact Table22.
Step 4: Share feedback on your pause.
This feedback helps partners know why members may need to take a break. Select a pause reason and select “Pause membership” to confirm.
