Billing 101

Commonly asked questions about how billing works on Table22.

How frequently will I be charged?

Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and depending on the frequency of your subscription, you will have a recurring charge every month or quarter after you sign up. Most Table22 subscriptions are monthly.

β€£
What is my most recent charge for?

Billing for Table22 subscriptions occurs the month before you receive your order. For example, you will be billed at the end of April for your May order. This advanced billing schedule helps your favorite restaurant better plan and prevent food waste!

Can I skip an order after I am billed?

Absolutely! You can skip a month and get a refund even after you have been billed. The cutoff date for skipping an order is typically the fourth business day of each month, but will be included in scheduling email you receive at the beginning of each month. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate requests after the cutoff date.

You can easily skip a month or pause your subscription in your Table22 Member Portal. There are more detailed instructions on how to do that here, if you need them.
