How to cancel

Here’s how you can cancel your membership.

In the Table22 Member Portal select the membership you wish to cancel using the “Manage” button, select “Skip Future Orders” and then select “Cancel Membership.” See below for a step-by-step guide.

Please note that Table22 subscriptions are billed in the month before you receive your goods. This helps the restaurant better plan and prevent food waste. Depending on when in the month you cancel, you may still have already have an active order that you will receive the following month.

Step 1: Visit your Member Portal

Step 2: Select the membership you want to cancel and click “Manage”

Step 3: Select “Skip Future Orders” on the left

Step 4: Select “Cancel Membership”

Step 5: Confirm your cancellation

As a reminder, Table22 memberships are billed the month before you receive your goods. Depending on when in the month you cancel your membership you may also have the option to cancel and refund your upcoming order.
