Need to Cancel? We’d hate to see you go — but we’re here to help.
In the Table22 Member Portal select the membership you wish to cancel using the “Manage” button, select “Skip Future Orders” and then select “Cancel Membership.” See below for a step-by-step guide.
Please note that Table22 subscriptions are billed in the month before you receive your goods. This helps the restaurant better plan and prevent food waste. Depending on when in the month you cancel, you may still have already have an active order that you will receive the following month.
Step 1: Visit your Member Portal
Step 2: Select the membership you want to cancel.
Step 3: Select the “Manage” button in the upper right corner of the membership homepage.
Step 4: Select “Cancel Membership” at the bottom.
This page also allows you to modify or pause your membership.
Step 5: Select “Cancel Membership” again to confirm.
Step 6: You’re set with cancellation! Go to your membership homepage to modify any active orders (if eligible).
As a reminder, cancelling a membership only impacts your ongoing membership and any future orders. To make changes to an active order, go back to the membership homepage and select “edit” next to the order modification deadline. You will only be able to modify before the deadline.
