How we will get in touch

Table22 will send you communications throughout the month to share important updates about your order. Make sure to add yum@table22.com to your contacts to ensure you receive our communications!

Scheduling communications

At the beginning of every month, you will receive an email and text message confirming the fulfillment dates for the month and the deadline to make any changes to that month’s order.

Pick up — If your subscription will be picked up, you will be invited to schedule your pickup slot and review important information about that month’s pick up on the scheduling page.

Delivery — If your subscription will be delivered, you will be able to add a reminder to your calendar and review important information about that month’s delivery on the scheduling page. Please note that you will receive a more specific delivery window based on your address on the day of delivery.

Reminder communications

The day before fulfillment starts, you will receive an email and text message with a reminder of your pick up or delivery date. This email will also include any special instructions.

Delivery day text communications

The day of your delivery, we will send a text with a more specific delivery window based on your address, and a link to track your driver in real-time so you know when to expect your order. If you have questions about your delivery, you can reply directly to the text message to get in touch with us!
