Commonly asked questions about delivery of your Table22 subscription.

Can you deliver my subscription to a friend, neighbor, or my office?

As long as they’re in the delivery radius — absolutely! Contact us and we can set that up for you! Make sure to notify us whether this is a one-time change, or a change to all future deliveries.

How do I share a door/gate code with your drivers, or other special instructions?

When you first sign up for your subscription, you can enter in special delivery instructions at checkout. If you forgot to do so, or you have new instructions to share, contact us and we can add them to your account. You can also reply directly to the delivery day text message updates with any specific instructions.

Do you deliver to my address?

Many restaurants on Table22 offer local delivery for their subscriptions. In most cases, that means you can receive your goods within approximately 10 miles of city center.

You can refer to each restaurant’s Table22 page to see a range of where we deliver to in your city. As an example, you can see the delivery range for Anju/CHIKO here.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

In many cases, you do not! When you first sign up for your Table22 subscription, you can let us know at checkout if there are any special instructions for where we should leave your delivery. If your order contains food, we recommend leaving a cooler outside your door that our drivers can put your order in.

I’m out of town when my delivery is coming. What are my options?
  • We can deliver your order to a friend, family member, or neighbor inside the delivery radius. Contact us and we can set that up for you!
  • You can skip this month’s order before the refund deadline. Here’s how to do that.
  • In some cases, you may be able to pick up your order instead. Contact us to see what arrangements are possible.

Can I change my delivery day or time?

Restaurants prepare these special members-only experiences on designated days each month, for example the 3rd Thursdays or 2nd Fridays of the month. Therefore, we are unable to offer alternate delivery days. If you won’t be home, you have a few options:

  • In many cases, you don’t need to be home to accept your delivery. If your order contains food, we recommend leaving a cooler outside your door that our drivers can put your order in.
  • We can deliver your order to your office, or to a friend, family member, or neighbor inside the delivery radius. Contact us and we can set that up for you! Make sure to notify us whether this is a one-time change, or a change to all future deliveries.
  • In some cases, you may be able to pick up your order instead. Contact us to see what arrangements are possible for your subscription.
